Extended health benefit plans, like those offered by Blue Cross, Sun Life, and Manulife, may cover counselling sessions with Canadian Certified Counsellors. As coverage details depend on the specific plan, please check with your insurance provider.
Cancellation/ Recheduling Policy
We understand that schedules can change, however, to respect the time of our counsellors and other clients, we require 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment will be charged the full session fee.
If you need to adjust your appointment and it's more than 48 hours away, please utilize your Jane account (established at booking) or reach out to us by phone or email.
